WP1: Project Management

 

Leading Partner: Aalborg University (AAU), Denmark

Duration: M1-M36 (December 2025 – November 2028)

WP1 ensures the smooth running of the NATURE-FUTURES project through coordinated management, quality assurance, and financial oversight across all four partner institutions. Monthly virtual meetings keep partners aligned, while in-person meetings at key stages in Denmark, France, Portugal, and Italy allow for deeper collaboration and review. A dedicated risk management plan is developed early in the project to anticipate and address challenges before they arise.
