The COCO project is structured into 5 Work Packages.

WP1 ensures coordination and quality management, while WP5 handles dissemination and sustainability. The three core work packages deliver our main outputs: WP2 builds shared understanding, WP3 develops the Civic Classroom, and WP4 creates the Collaboration Compass toolkit. Together, these work packages provide the framework to achieve our project goals.
